We believe you deserve clear information about your care, your clinicians, and your costs before and during treatment. Care is delivered by licensed clinicians, and treatment is recommended or prescribed only when it is medically appropriate following an evaluation.

You have a right to:

Receive clear, transparent pricing for services before you commit, including any recurring or subscription charges.

Receive an itemized statement of the actual or estimated price of your care, including any products, services, examinations, and laboratory tests.

Know the name and qualifications of the licensed clinician responsible for your care.

Ask questions about, and receive information regarding, the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives of any recommended treatment.

Have your personal and health information kept private and protected in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.

Decline or discontinue treatment at any time without affecting your right to future care.
